Beach House Bathroom

The design of this bathroom was to be a rustic-modern set in a cool color tone. The Calacatta Black marble in the niche was the driving force for this design, it's watery, oceanic movement in the veining set the tone for the rest of room. The tumbled 4x4 Carrara tiles on the floor give that sense of warmth and hand chisel edges, especially against the clean blue glass of the subway tile. In all, a perfect marriage.
